This is yet another example of the Perth Group attempting to put words into my mouth.

This tactic is yet another reason why people with more intelligence than myself refrain from attempting to debate these issues with the perth Group.

Chris Tyler asked whether one could "pass ANY [emphasis mine] stretch of DNA through a bacterial vector and call it 'infectious'?"

The answer is no.

At least the Perth Group response has inadvertently answered Brian Foley's question: "What part of 'infectious molecular clone' do you fail to understand?" The answer being - just about everything.
