Mark, I feel I must disagree with you, perhaps more ought to be debated as rapidly in this way rather than resting in strictly delineated categories of information storage and retrieval.The exchange or challenge of current theory and research in medicine should not be limited to yearly conferences or specialist journals.

Personally, I might think I understand the rapid responses from Elene and Christopher for all of 30 seconds or so after reading this extremly interesting exchange...then sadly it's lost on me as a lay person, my appreciation of it's availability on an openly accessible forum is lasting.
