Trevor, I am delighted to hear of your good health. Long may it continue. Please note that I did go out of my way not to denigrate the 'debate' or its participants in any way. I merely feel that it no longer belongs in a 'rapid responses' section of a general medical journal. The fact that there does not appear to have been any follow-up to your own interesting contribution on lymphopenia if anything, I would suggest, tends to support this view. Perhaps the Journal of Independent Medical Research might offer this exchange a home?
